Castle Bromwich Hall; Sure Hotel Collection By Best Western, Birmingham

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, while clean and sizeable, suffered from noise due to their proximity to the main entrance. The old-fashioned decor added charm, but some may find it outdated. The view of the main entrance was impressive, offering a 'wow' factor upon arrival.

The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms, though there were some issues with the shower temperature being too hot. The inexperienced staff struggled during breakfast service, causing long waits. Despite these challenges, the hotel's location was beautiful and well-maintained, offering easy access to the city center.

The hotel is set in wonderful garden surroundings, offering a great location for my visit to Birmingham. However, the dining experience left much to be desired, with food quality needing improvement and limited options. The service was a mix of pleasant interactions and disappointing moments, urging for more consistency. Despite some shortcomings, the overall value for money was reasonable.
